Refund policy

Every Rena Studio piece is one of a kind, handmade from rescued materials. We want you to buy with confidence, so this is how returns work:

If the piece isn't for you. Email hola@rena.studio within 30 days of delivery and we'll send you a prepaid return label, free of charge. We'll refund the full price of the piece or, if you prefer, give you store credit for its value, valid for 12 months on this or future drops. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. The piece must come back unworn, with tags and in its packaging. Since every piece is one of a kind, there are no size exchanges.

Manufacturing defects. If your piece arrives with a defect, email us within 30 days of delivery, with photos. We cover return shipping and offer a repair or a full refund, including original shipping, whichever you prefer.

Right of withdrawal. Under Mexico's Federal Consumer Protection Law, you can cancel your purchase within 5 business days of delivery and get the price you paid refunded, including shipping, returning the piece in the condition described above.

Refunds go to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the piece. Questions: hola@rena.studio.
